Job Summary
Lead the BI Demand & Governance team by driving projects, establishing structured requirement intake, and enforcing established best practices to ensure data quality and customer satisfaction. Optimize and monitor governance structures using the Atlan tool to enhance transparency and efficiency while coordinating internal resources and external partners for seamless collaboration. Guarantee data landscape compliance through close work with domain teams and manage data quality deviations rapidly. Maintain hands-on involvement in analytical initiatives, reporting, and data modeling using tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Qlik. Manage team development, foster high ownership, and ensure effective resource allocation across all units.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie der disziplinarischen Führung von Teams
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in BI Governance und Data-Catalog-Lösungen
- Routine im Datenqualitätsmanagement sowie im Einsatz entsprechender Werkzeuge
- Vertrautheit mit modernen BI-Architekturen und BI- und Datenbanktechnologien
- Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Datenmodellierung und Datenintegration
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu intensivem Austausch und Kooperation
- Strategieorientierung
- Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement
Desired Qualifications
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in BI Governance und Data-Catalog-Lösungen, vorzugsweise mit Atlan
- Know-how in den Bereichen Reporting und Datenvisualisierung, vorzugsweise mit Qlik oder Jedox
- Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Datenmodellierung und Datenintegration, idealerweise mit dbt
