Job Summary
Lead the machining preparation team by creating, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules, work instructions, and manufacturing workflows. Conduct feasibility checks, calculate costs, and monitor production progress to identify and resolve capacity bottlenecks. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance while preparing customer orders and technical documentation. Analyze existing processes to reduce cycle times and boost productivity. Manage feasibility checks, cost calculations, and production time evaluations. Ensure high-quality standards and efficient manufacturing through structured oversight of machining operations and material handling.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Meister, Fachschule oder Studium)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung eines metallverarbeitenden Unternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Zerspanung und Werkstoffkunde
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung bzw. Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP (vorzugsweise SAP)
- sicher Umgang mit MS Office
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- lösungsorientierte und wirtschaftliche Denkweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
