TeamleiterIn Service m/w/d für Aufzüge

Lead a team of 8–10 service technicians, including capacity and deployment planning, to ensure technically correct maintenance and service for elevator installations. Act as the primary customer contact for service offerings while taking responsibility for safety compliance and managing supplied equipment. Procure materials from suppliers, approve performance documentation, and oversee service operations across diverse local sites. Requires a Meister qualification in electronics or metallurgy, leadership experience, and a Class B driver's license. Full-time 35-hour week with on-call rotation and unlimited service vehicle access.
