Job Summary
Lead and operate the Mohlin receiving area by planning daily processes, supervising staff, and ensuring timely goods acceptance and system entry. Verify inventory for completeness, quality, and transport damage while coordinating unloading and resource allocation. Manage personnel scheduling, train employees, and track discrepancies or claims. Collaborate with customers, outbound teams, and carriers to maintain quality, safety, and process standards. Enforce order, cleanliness, and safety protocols within the scope of responsibility. Requires EFZ logistics training, multiple years of receiving experience, and leadership in an operational logistics environment. English and French skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wareneingang oder Lagerlogistik
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem operativen Logistikumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen und gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Organisationsgeschick sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zur versetzten Arbeitszeit
Desired Qualifications

- ADR Ausbildung von Vorteil
