Job Summary
Establish and develop a team for bridge construction planning at the Cologne location. Plan railway and road bridge structures across performance phases 1-5, while overseeing cost estimates, schedules, and construction logistics. Coordinate with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders as the central point of contact for technical and organizational communication. Support bid applications for VgV projects and independently acquire planning services. Requires a university degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural construction, experience with HOAI phases 1-5, and proficiency in CAD software.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium - Diplom (TH)/Master/Bachelor der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
- unternehmerische Denk- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- hohes Maß an TEAM-Verständnis
- Erfahrung bei der Planung nach HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-5
- Sicherer Umgang mit den technischen Regelwerken des Konstruktiven Ingenieurbaus, wie ZTV-ING, RE-ING und RIZ-ING
- Zuverlässige, selbständige, konzentrierte, strukturierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen (Nemetschek bzw. AUTOCAD)
