Job Summary
Plan shifts and coordinate tasks as shift leader, group leader, or department manager for the retail floor. Monitor inventory levels, oversee cashier operations, and ensure compliance with order and cleanliness standards. Motivate and inspire the sales team while maintaining high service levels. Full-time or part-time roles available with a minimum of 30 hours weekly. Located at TK Maxx DE Store 542 in Stuttgart, Germany.
Required Qualifications
