Job Summary
Lead the team and ensure maximum availability of all assigned equipment while maintaining continuous quality standards. Organize deviation management, plan and implement investments, and develop maintenance concepts. Guarantee spare parts supply, monitor technical KPIs, and actively participate in major site projects. Evaluate energy consumption and initiate measures to reduce usage while adhering to GMP, safety, and environmental requirements. Manage the team with a focus on analytical problem-solving and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z.B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion
- GMP Erfahrung
- hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Analytische, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Problemlösungskompetenz
- Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Teamorientierung, sowie Gestaltungswille
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
