Job Summary
Support the shift leader in service and personnel deployment planning and ensure contractual implementation of customer orders, service instructions, and quality requirements. Provide technical and organizational leadership for staff in the vehicle service sector and object protection, conducting service meetings, briefings, and structured task handovers. Monitor proper execution of duties, relay deviations and action needs to the shift leader, and serve as the primary contact for staff regarding organizational and operational inquiries. Foster a reliable, respectful, and solution-oriented collaboration within the team. Full-time position in Freiberg with a permanent employment relationship, on-call rotation, and a salary of 16.15 €/h plus statutory supplements.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Sicherheitsdienst
- Erfolgreich abgelegte Sachkundeprüfung gemäß § 34a GewO (IHK)
- polizeiliches Führungszeugnis ohne Eintrag
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sichere Umgang mit Microsoft Word, Excel und Outlook
