Coordinate all reception processes and actively manage guest check-ins while acting as a passionate host who inspires your team. Handle billing operations and support the hotel team manager in creating staff schedules. Share your extensive destination knowledge with the team, conducting regular training sessions. Maintain strong communication in German to interact with guests on an equal footing. Begin your winter 2026 shift at the new Explorer Hotel Bayrischzell location.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- sehr gutes Deutsch
