Take ownership of the backlog of unresolved cases and construction work, assigning owners, deadlines, and next steps to every file while managing the overall result rather than individual tickets. Decide on payments, retention, rework, or change orders based on contracts and technical assessments, prioritizing by impact, risk, time, and cost. Build standardized processes with Customer Success and Finance to eliminate recurring firefighting, then lead project managers technically and guide craft partners. Stabilize construction operations for 30 to 40+ installations monthly at Galvanek, an energy startup scaling from 15 to 50 employees, with long-term goals of 300 monthly units. Report directly to Operations Leadership and receive coaching from the Head of Operations.
