Job Summary
Lead the sales department for Non Food & Near Food alongside the department head, ensuring smooth process execution and customer coverage during their absence. Support personnel scheduling and provide expert product consultation to caterers and large consumers. Ensure product availability through inventory flow management and uphold quality standards by enforcing legal and internal protocols such as HACCP. Represent the team in leadership matters while maintaining high service levels. Work in a two-shift system with a five-day week.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel oder in der Gastronomie (z.B. Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Koch (m/w/d), Restaurantfachfrau (m/w/d))
- Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Position
- Wie man ein Team leitet und motiviert
- Bereit im Zwei-Schicht-System zu arbeiten
