Job Summary
Lead the operational purchasing and dispatch team of six while actively managing daily tasks including order processing, supplier communication, and escalation management. Ensure timely, quantity, and quality-compliant material supply for production through inventory control and procurement process optimization. Drive the upcoming generational transition by mentoring new hires and implementing standardized SAP-based workflows. Collaborate closely with production, planning, logistics, and development to execute group-wide purchasing strategy. Manage complex supply chains within a sustainable manufacturing environment, balancing hands-on operational execution with strategic team development and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Fachwirt/Betriebswirt)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, in der Materialwirtschaft oder Beschaffung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu entwickeln und Veränderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld mit komplexen Lieferketten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Disposition, Bestandsmanagement und Materialflusssteuerung
- Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
Desired Qualifications
- SAP-Kenntnisse (MM oder vergleichbare Module) von Vorteil
