Job Summary
Lead a team of 20+ Shoppers at the Fulfillment Center in Nürnberg, coaching staff to ensure all orders leave punctually, safely, and in top quality. Coordinate proactively with other team leaders and shift supervisors to streamline daily logistics processes and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Identify and implement improvements to optimize logistics workflows while fostering an environment where team members actively contribute ideas. Maintain composure during high-stress situations to guide the team effectively. Requires a logistics, hospitality, or catering background with minimum one year of leadership experience, fluent German, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder Ähnlichem
- min. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Teamleitung oder einer ähnlichen Führungsposition in der Logistik
- fließend Deutsch
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- bereit, im Rahmen einer Vollzeit-Position, abends und teilweise auch samstags zu arbeiten
