Job Summary
Lead a team of 13 to 14 employees and ensure a smooth daily logistics workflow while monitoring quality, productivity, and safety. Provide onboarding, coaching, and development for team members, and contribute to process improvements and optimizations within your area. This role involves overseeing the empty container management for Mercedes-Benz vehicle production in Bremen, ensuring containers and load carriers arrive at the right time and place to keep production running continuously.
Required Qualifications
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder der Wunsch, den nächsten Karriereschritt zu gehen
- Erfahrung im Lager, in der Logistik, Produktion oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
