Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Lead and steer the logistics team, ensuring timely and error-free processing of all customer orders while optimizing logistics processes and managing KPI reporting. Serve as the primary contact for audits and conduct team training sessions. Develop work instructions and support SAP-ERP system troubleshooting. Manage inventories, stock levels, and raw materials in strict compliance with warehouse, freight forwarding, and hazardous goods management requirements. Requires a logistics qualification with leadership experience, SAP proficiency, and strong German/English communication skills. Full-time role from Monday to Friday with regular team events and a mentorship program.
