Job Summary
Lead the setup of a regional bridge construction team in Dresden, overseeing technical and disciplinary leadership for civil engineering projects across rail, road, and pedestrian infrastructure. Develop regional client relationships, win new projects, and manage team capacity while collaborating cross-border with international Ramboll networks. Champion modern planning approaches including BIM and digital collaboration. Operate within a new 2026 Dresden location, building on existing regional infrastructure colleagues to strengthen local presence and expand project opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Fachliche Erfahrung im Brücken- oder Ingenieurbau
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Objekt- oder Tragwerksplanung von Ingenieurbauwerken
- Kommunikationsstärke
