Job Summary
Lead the dispatch and returns team at the State-of-the-Art logistics center in Sachsenheim, ensuring accurate personnel planning aligned with productivity and quality targets. Drive continuous process optimization for customer returns by analyzing relevant KPIs, deriving actionable measures, and actively steering efficiency and result orientation. Foster a motivating work environment through the development of staff, their successful integration, and the identification of improvement potentials. Manage weekly rotating shifts within the early and late shift model while maintaining an empathetic and empowering leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain oder BWL
- Fundierte fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
- souveräner und wertschätzender Führungsstil
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Fähigkeit, auch bei komplexen Herausforderungen den Überblick zu behalten
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Bereitschaft zur wöchentlich wechselnden Schichtarbeit im Früh- und Spätschichtmodell
