Job Summary
Lead the internal IT support team and act as the central interface with external IT partners while overseeing the transition of the data center and infrastructure operations to an outsourcing solution. Coordinate strategic software and system updates, manage service-level agreements, and ensure the smooth operation of the modern workplace. Start on October 1, 2026, or upon agreement, working full-time. The role requires an IT systems engineer or equivalent qualification with several years of experience and leadership background.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Informatiker/in Systemtechnik EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Höhere Fachschule mit entsprechender Erfahrung oder Fachhochschule
- Mehrjährige Praxis im IT-Systemumfeld
- erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Teamleiter/in oder Stellvertreter/in)
