Job Summary
Coordinate the budget process and support clinical departments in budget creation while establishing financial, performance, and investment plans alongside scenario analyses. Develop and refine controlling instruments and reporting solutions through data-driven evaluations of medical service efficiency and revenue streams. Drive automation within controlling processes and collaborate on digitalization and BI projects utilizing Power BI, Qlik, or Databricks. Conduct controlling meetings with clinical departments to ensure transparent decision-making for clinical areas. Requires a degree in business administration or finance, multiple years of controlling experience, and strong proficiency in analytics tools. Available immediately or upon arrangement. Required Qualifications
- Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Verstehen Datenmodelle und Datenarchitekturen
- Erfahrung mit BI- und Analytics-Lösungen
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder Spitalumfeld
- Kenntnis von BI-Lösungen wie Power BI, Qlik oder Databricks
