Job Summary
Lead your accounting team with disciplinary responsibility while overseeing strategic development and daily operations. Generate daily, monthly, and ad-hoc accounting analyses for bookings and manual entries. Coordinate and regulate account processing workflows, ensuring documentation integrity and maintaining accounting procedures. Support financial reporting by conducting broad analyses and accompany new transactions and product development processes. Direct the rollout of new accounting systems and processes, organizing resources in collaboration with project management to implement financial business projects.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechenden Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting und Financial Reporting
- Erste Erfahrung als Führungskraft und ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Finanz- oder Steuerbereich und der damit verbundenen Prozesse sowie des regulatorischen Rahmens
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise im Bankenumfeld
- Praktische Kenntnisse mit MS Office (wie Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) und Accounting Tools von Vorteil
