Job Summary
Lead greening operations, including seasonal and winter maintenance services, while managing staff discipline, scheduling, and ensuring quality, safety, and economic efficiency. Oversee third-party business development through calculation, offer creation, and order processing, acting as the primary client contact for operational matters and existing relationships. Conduct site inspections, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor performance metrics, and handle complaints to maintain high satisfaction. Support workflow and technical improvements within a modern fleet environment at a DAX 30 company offering year-round employment, bonuses, and housing assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau, Grünpflege oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Führerschein Klasse B
