Job Summary
Lead the team in steering daily operations for the used machinery trade, including organizing processes, conducting take-back negotiations from national and international markets, and independently handling sales negotiations and offer creation. Manage the full cycle of buying and selling Volvo CE premium products while collaborating closely with direct sales and key account teams. Ensure revenue-oriented performance across all transactions. The role requires a commercial background with technical understanding or technical training with strong commercial skills, plus at least one year of leadership experience. Candidates must possess B-class driving licenses, moderate travel readiness, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. A valid driver's license and bilingual German/English skills are essential. An attractive company car is provided for private use.
Required Qualifications
- Absolvierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis oder technische Ausbildung mit guten kaufmännischen Kenntnissen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ein- und Verkauf von idealerweise Baumaschinen oder zumindest Investitionsgütern
- Mindestens erster einschlägige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Stärken in strukturierter und prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office/ ERP-Systemen
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Besitz einer gültigen Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
- Moderate Reisebereitschaft
