Job Summary
Coordinate fleet operations by supporting the fleet manager in leading delivery drivers and external logistics partners, managing personnel scheduling, and ensuring compliance with driving hours and licenses. Oversee daily tour planning to optimize truck fleet utilization and guarantee smooth delivery executions for gastronomy and wholesale clients. Manage the maintenance and inspection schedule for all vehicles, including repairs, UVV checks, and HACCP hygiene standards. Collaborate with customer management and sales teams to implement the delivery strategy while maintaining punctual and complete supply coverage.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel oder in der Logistik (z.B. Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d))
- passende Praxiserfahrung
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Transport, Belieferung oder Tourenplanung
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams, bestenfalls aus einer vergleichbaren Position
