Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader Embedded Software to oversee our development team, ensuring high-quality software solutions and effective resource management while collaborating with related disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in firmware programming for microcontroller systems
- Knowledge in complex C++ projects, FreeRTOS or other embedded systems
- Experience in larger Python projects or strong proficiency in another high-level programming language
- Understanding of signal processing, sensor integration, and low-level programming
- Familiarity with hardware architectures and interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO)
- Self-reliant and team-oriented work style
- Fluency in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with FPGA development
- Agile software development experience
- Leadership experience or motivation to grow into a leadership role
