Job Summary
Conduct tree care and removal using rope climbing techniques or scissor lift, manage tree plantings, and oversee landscape and garden maintenance. Coordinate site visits and clean construction areas, while instructing junior colleagues and potentially leading climbing courses. Maintain organizational skills and flexibility for travel, with a minimum one-year experience in tree care required. The role offers progression to team leader or project manager, includes a private accident insurance policy, and provides a monthly gross salary ranging from EUR 2,841.21 to 3,400.00 plus allowances based on a 39-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Kletterausbildungen bzw. Baumpflege-Ausbildung (mind. Baumpflegekurs B bzw. SKT B)
- Handwerkliches Geschick und Teamgeist, Flexibilität, freundliches Auftreten, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Reisebereitschaft
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Berufserfahrung in der Baumpflege (mind. 1 Jahr)
Desired Qualifications
- Führerschein der Klasse C bzw. E zu B
- ETW, ETT, ISA Aborist, etc.
- Erfahrung in Teamführung
