Job Summary
Lead a six-person backoffice operations team, conducting one-on-ones, development conversations, and ensuring efficient execution of financing rounds, equity participations, and daily operational workflows. Drive continuous process optimization, establish key performance indicators and standards, and manage cross-functional projects with Legal, Investment, Customer Relations, and Marketing. Prioritize complex operational themes while maintaining service-oriented support for portfolio companies and investors. Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and an experienced leadership circle to shape future internal structures. Work in a hybrid model with 28 vacation days and access to individual development opportunities within the leading DACH-region business angel network.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Operations-, Backoffice- oder Service-Teams
- Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und der Optimierung operativer Abläufe
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Entscheidungsfreude und die Fähigkeit, auch bei vielen parallelen Themen den Überblick zu behalten
- Freude daran, Mitarbeitende weiterzuentwickeln und Potenziale zu fördern
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
