Job Summary
Lead the preparation team (5 MA) and manage the creation, review, and optimization of manufacturing documents including part lists, work plans, and fabrication drawings. Coordinate production processes in close alignment with design, procurement, manufacturing, and project management to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery. Drive the development and maintenance of the PDM system, integrating CAM connections and ERP interfaces. Analyze workflows, cycle times, and manufacturing methods for continuous improvement while clarifying customer requirements, standards, and fabrication details. Requires extensive experience in fabrication preparation within steel or equipment construction, team leadership, and proficiency in SolidWorks and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-/ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SolidWorks
- Tiefes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen, Schweißtechnik, Werkstoffen und Normen
