Job Summary
Lead a retail department in Tilburg Centrum by coordinating with the branch manager to ensure smooth operations across fashion, hardware, or food sections. Inform, coach, and guide your team to maintain daily enthusiasm, while setting clear commercial and personal development goals. Share the commercial calendar, new product information, and daily targets to drive performance against KPIs. Organize activities, onboard new colleagues, and deliver excellent customer experiences alongside your team. Requires fluent Dutch (B2 level) and proven leadership experience in retail, supermarket, or hospitality. Salary ranges from €2,595 to €3,357 gross per month for 38-hour weeks.
