Lead daily workshop operations by directing, coaching, and supervising mechanics and workshop staff. Develop and monitor daily and weekly maintenance and repair plans for trucks, machines, and rolling stock to ensure execution within schedule and budget. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage APK inspections, and analyze breakdowns, downtime, and costs to drive structural improvements. Document maintenance orders, generate reports with KPIs for the Fleet Manager, and conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and appraisals. Requires MBO+/HBO level with experience as a workshop leader or senior mechanic, strong analytical skills, and 38-hour schedule.
