Job Summary
Lead a warehouse team by coaching staff, managing daily personnel planning, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of all tasks. Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery reliability while solving operational logistics issues and leading improvement projects based on Lean principles. Execute all-round warehouse duties when necessary, conduct performance reviews, and manage flexible staffing for varying volumes. Collaborate with operations managers, customers, and partners to meet KPIs and exceed client expectations. Work two shifts (08:00–16:30 or 11:00–19:30), with occasional evening shifts available.
Required Qualifications

- Klantverwachtingen overtreffen
- Afgeronde logistieke opleiding op minimaal mbo 4-niveau
- Ervaring op HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare logistieke functie
- Minimaal 1 jaar leidinggevend
- Kennis van SAP LES
- Goede vaardigheden in Excel
- Goede vaardigheden in Word
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Werken in dienst van 8:00u tot 16:30u
- Werken in dienst van 11:00u tot 19:30u
- Bereidheid om af en toe een avonddienst te draaien
