Teamleider Sprinklermontage

Lead a team of 10 to 15 sprinkler fitters across various projects throughout the Netherlands, ensuring adherence to branch regulations and quality standards. Manage daily operations including planning, safety inspections, and project progress reporting to the Project Manager while collaborating closely with Project Leaders. Drive team development by creating career plans, coordinating with AquaSkills for internal training, and identifying process improvements. Work primarily on project sites with one day per week at the Goor headquarters or designated branch. Requires MBO+ level, minimum five years of experience leading fitters, and the Sprinkler for Leading Fitter qualification.
