Job Summary
Lead a team of 75 to 100 operators and production staff on the High Care department, directing daily production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality compliance. Coach and mentor employees, analyze results for management reporting, and initiate improvement projects to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Manage performance reviews, oversee absenteeism procedures, and act as a company first aider. Respond to changing product quality or volume requirements while implementing efficient work methods. Work full-time (38 hours) in a day shift with occasional weekend rotations, reporting to production planning and other team leaders within a large food producer environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring met het aansturen van een (groter) team binnen een productieomgeving
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Bereidheid om bedrijfshulpverlener (BHV) te worden
Desired Qualifications
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse of andere talen is een pré
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office en affiniteit met productie- en logistieke systemen
- Technisch inzicht en een goed probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt altijd oog voor de veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw medewerkers
