Job Summary
Lead production staff and ensure smooth, efficient processes on the factory floor by directing, mentoring, and developing team members. Monitor production progress, quality, and safety using process and machine data to adjust operations and meet targets. Coordinate between the workshop and management while continuously optimizing production lines, minimizing downtime, and improving material flows. Identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This full-time role is based in Someren for a candidate with an MBO-4 diploma in process technology and 1–3 years of leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- MBO-4 diploma in procestechniek of een vergelijkbare richting
- 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving
- affiniteit met productieprocessen en het werken met data
- beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed
Desired Qualifications
- VAPRO C-certificering
