Job Summary
Lead a team of seven advisors in field-based environmental management, providing strategic direction on project conditions, stakeholder dynamics, and permit organization. Manage capacity allocation, monitor output quality, and proactively resolve team tensions to ensure high performance on major infrastructure and development projects across the Randstad. Develop junior staff while driving the team's growth toward future organizational goals, including alignment with the Omgevingswet. Full-time role with a 30-day vacation allowance and a 14% employer pension contribution. Requires an HBO diploma and at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering within urban environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een HBO diploma (bijvoorbeeld Bouwkunde, Bedrijfskunde, Bestuurskunde, Rechten of Economie)
