Job Summary
Lead logistics operations for a team of approximately 50 employees, including fixed and flexible staff, ensuring continuity across full-day and evening shifts in the Orderpicking department. Directly manage the team by coaching, developing, and conducting performance, attendance, and appraisal discussions while monitoring productivity, quality, safety, and KPIs. Coordinate shift handovers, address operational bottlenecks, and align results with other logistics departments. Requires HBO education, several years of supervisory experience, and availability from 14:00 to 23:00, with occasional weekend work during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Al enkele jaren ervaring als coördinator of leidinggevende
- Ruime ervaring met MS-Word en MS-Excel
- Sterk in het nemen van beslissingen, oplossingsgericht werken en het bewaren van overzicht in drukkere periodes
- Beschikbaar tijdens (ma. t/m vrij.: 14.00 – 22.00/ 23.00 uur, en in het hoogseizoen (september- januari) af en toe op zaterdag en zondag
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Open, communicatief en toont voorbeeldgedrag
