Job Summary
Lead the restaurant team as the driving force behind smooth operations, coordinating with the branch manager to ensure seamless service. Direct, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, onboarding new colleagues, communicating menu changes, and enforcing hygiene and safety protocols. Drive team development by setting clear goals for service quality and employee growth. Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Fluent Dutch (B2) required for effective team leadership and guest interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende of senior rol binnen de horeca, catering, retail of supermarkt
- Vloeiend Nederlands (minimaal niveau B2)
- Hands-on mentaliteit: draait er je hand niet voor om
