Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations across the department by setting commercial and personal development goals, managing targets, and integrating new colleagues. Coach and guide your team to ensure they work with enthusiasm, while covering tasks for absent team members and taking over responsibilities as needed. Organize activities, plan initiatives, and monitor KPIs to drive departmental success alongside the store manager. Maintain fluent Dutch (B2 level) to effectively lead the team and deliver excellent customer service. Requires proven retail leadership experience and entrepreneurial thinking.

- Demonstrable work experience in a leadership or senior role in retail, supermarket, catering, or a comparable environment
