Job Summary
Lead a team of site supervisors and maintain direct contact with clients as the primary point of contact for facility management inquiries. Responsibilities include leading and motivating staff, advising on complex issues, building client relationships, creating efficient rosters, conducting performance reviews, and performing site inspections. Organize toolbox meetings and step in on-site as needed to ensure flawless service delivery. This one-year contract with an option to extend runs 32 to 40 hours weekly, with a salary between €2,579 and €4,837 gross per month. Young Group serves diverse clients ranging from municipalities to private housing associations, offering a horizontal structure that encourages initiative and development.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant HBO diploma
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Knowledge and experience with facility management and building maintenance
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Valid VOG (criminal record check)
- 32 to 40 hours per week availability
- 1 year contract (with option to extend and permanent employment status)
