Job Summary
Lead a team of 11 FTEs in overseeing daily energy performance inspections, calculations, and advisory services for buildings across the Randstad. Conduct on-site inspections to collect data on insulation, installations, and building components, then translate these findings into energy performance reports. Manage team scheduling, coaching, and professional development while ensuring optimal service delivery to clients such as housing corporations and property managers. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, contractors, and management to align team results with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en/of denkniveau
- Bij voorkeur een opleiding in een technische, bouwkundige of bedrijfskundige richting
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van medewerkers
- Kennis van Bouwfysica en installaties
- Kennis van energieprestatie
- Kennis van verduurzaming
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Geldig EP-W adviseurscertificaat
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met projectmatig werken
- Kennis van plannings- en registratiesystemen
