Job Summary
Conduct access controls, intervene during incidents, and maintain preventive security presence inside and outside the Sliedrecht intake location for Ukrainian refugees. Lead the security team, ensure optimal performance, and enforce safety protocols while reporting directly to the Seris Security coordinator. Maintain 24/7 availability for irregular shifts on a full-time contract of 144 hours per week. Speak and write fluent Dutch and English, and hold a Level 3 security diploma or be prepared to obtain one.

- Vloeiend Nederlands (spreek en schrijf)
- Engels
- Ploegleider BHV
- Ploegleider VCA
- Gastvrijheid
- Energie van onverwachte incidenten
- Spreken en schrijven in woord en geschrift
- Proactief denken met SERIS en de opdrachtgever
- Naleving van de cao Particuliere Beveiliging
- Beschikbaarheid voor onregelmatige diensten (24/7)
Desired Qualifications
- Bereidheid het Beveiliger niveau 3 diploma te halen
- Bereidheid ploegleider BHV en VCA te halen via Seris Academy
