Job Summary
Drive and develop production with a focus on safety, quality, and performance while managing a team of 32 package and blend operators. Ensure optimal capacity utilization across the value chain and act as a visible, motivating leader in daily operations. Monitor KPIs regarding safety, waste, output, and attendance, responding quickly to deviations and initiating improvement measures. Lead staff development, well-being, and follow-up meetings while collaborating closely with the production manager and technical teams. Work full-time on night shift from Sunday 22:35 to 06:05 and Monday through Thursday 22:50 to 06:05, with occasional daytime meetings.

- Stillingen er på fuldtid på natholdet
- Arbejdstider fra søndag 22:35-06.05
- Arbejdstider mandag til torsdag fra kl. 22:50-06.05
- Ved behov fx til møder i dagtimerne
Desired Qualifications
- Har en teknisk uddannelse
- Har en håndværksmæssig uddannelse
- Har ledelseserfaring
- Er klar til at tage skridtet fra produktionen til lederrollen
