Ensure customers receive ordered products on time and maintain smooth daily operations across the store and warehouse. Provide strong customer service through cross-functional collaboration and guide team members on both technical and social aspects of their roles. Create clear structure and shared direction while working closely with staff to uphold safety standards. This hands-on Teamleder role supports two skilled colleagues in our Harstad branch, combining operational oversight with team development.
