Job Summary
Lead the Talent Reward team by coaching staff, ensuring timely payroll processing across Cordeel Group entities, and applying correct processes within diverse paritaire comités. Monitor social legislation changes, analyze compensation data for management insights, and drive digitalization projects using eBlox. Serve as the primary contact for complex total reward issues while collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners to optimize compensation policies. This key role involves managing payroll operations and reward strategies within a growing group of multiple enterprises, focusing on process optimization and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- een stevige achtergrond in payroll en compensation & benefits
- een diploma hoger onderwijs
- minstens 8 à 10 jaar ervaring binnen payroll en compensation & benefits
- ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol
- een grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving
- ervaring met payroll in een omgeving met meerdere paritaire comités
- een goede kennis van eBlox (SD Worx)
- Je bent analytisch sterk
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands

- ervaring met payrolloptimalisaties, digitaliseringstrajecten of implementatieprojecten
- Vlot gebruik van het Frans en Engels
