Job Summary
Analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts for challenging projects. Lead and coach development teams in an agile environment, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards throughout the process. Conduct thorough architecture and code reviews to improve code quality and efficiency, while proactively identifying vulnerabilities and developing targeted solution proposals. Collaborate constructively with technical and business stakeholders to optimize user experience and achieve project goals. Foster team member skills by setting clear objectives and monitoring performance to drive peak results. Work flexibly remotely two days a week and on site three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within software development
- Experience in an agile environment
