Job Summary
Analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts for challenging projects. Lead and coach development teams in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the process. Conduct thorough architecture and code reviews to improve efficiency, while proactively identifying vulnerabilities and developing targeted solution proposals. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to optimize user experience and foster team member skills through clear objectives and performance monitoring. Work flexibly remotely two days a week and on site three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within software development
- Experience in an agile environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly empathy and excellent communication abilities
