Manage workflow compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures, troubleshoot complex operational issues, and serve as the primary contact for the Business Unit Manager and key clients. Drive continuous improvement by facilitating team meetings, identifying process enhancements, and collaborating with quality management to optimize productivity. Motivate staff, conduct performance feedback, and execute personnel cycles under the Business Unit Manager's guidance. Requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or customs, strong knowledge of customs law, and experience in digital QMS systems.
