Job Summary
Lead the System Architecture team (approximately 5 System Architects) at Intergas to develop and safeguard a future-oriented system and platform architecture, including a technical roadmap. Responsible for building a strong team of System Architects with focus on quality, ownership, and collaboration; analyze and translate complex multidisciplinary challenges into feasible technical and economic solutions; advise directie, Senior Manager Engineering and Product Category Management on architecture and strategic choices; organize and steer the Technical Board and ensure effective decision-making and progress; connect stakeholders across engineering, product, management and external partners and clearly communicate technical feasibility and vision.
