Job Summary
Lead a production environment for ultra-precise parts in the semiconductor and analytical industries, overseeing Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM, and conventional machining departments. Translate departmental policies into concrete team objectives while monitoring planning, quality, and delivery reliability for a team of 20 to 25 employees. Coach staff, address complex disruptions, and implement process improvements to streamline work flows. Participate in daily production meetings and coordinate with Quality, Work Preparation, Planning, NPI, and Projects. Report directly to the Production Manager with full ownership of output and development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of vocational level 4 or higher education
- preferably with a completed technical education
- Demonstrable experience in managing (technical) employees
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Affinity with technology and the high-tech manufacturing industry
- Decisiveness, entrepreneurship, and sense of responsibility
- A proactive attitude and a strong drive for continuous improvement
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
