Job Summary
Coordinate all technical tasks within the team of three IT Coordinators, managing service providers and partners while planning activities for complex network changes and new partner integrations. Evaluate IT security requirements, conceptualize implementation processes, and oversee internal process improvements. Participate in the 24/7 call rotation for incident resolution. This role sits within WEAT, the specialist for cashless payment in the mobility sector, focusing on debit/credit cards, fuel station services, and emerging electric mobility solutions. The team supports customers with volume data, benchmarking, and transaction information, while also informing the market transparency platform.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrungen im Betrieb von komplexen IT-Systemen
- Erfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung und-anpassung innerhalb des IT-Betriebs
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
