Job Summary
Teamlead for Customer Success managing an 8-9 person team of Customer Success Managers and specialists. Drive customer value by ensuring onboarding, product adoption, and proactive renewal processes while optimizing churn reduction and revenue retention. Translate strategic guidelines into measurable customer outcomes, coach and develop the team, and establish playbooks and SOPs. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Category Management and Support to ensure long-term customer health and growth in existing accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring customer health scores and performance dashboards, identifying at-risk accounts early, leading renewal conversations, and driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer journey. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required, along with experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight). Fluency in German and English; a customer-centric approach and ability to influence stakeholders across functions are essential.
